Interaction with guests:Â During your stay at our beautiful villa any queries you have will be looked after by my property management company. Prior to your arrival you will receive all the access codes to the community and to the villa together with information regarding all the local amenities including restaurants , places of interest etc.
Davenport was wonderful place to visit. Villa was fantastic and lovely. Valerie (owner) was wonderful and very helpful in my stay at villa. Valerie had great ideas and great restaurants to visit. Will visit again. Villa #1 and will be talking about my visit for a very long time! Property manager Michele was nice also.

Great home, wonderful pool and spa. Enough room for six people, and loved the dining room and kitchen. And really only 10 to 15 minutes from the Disney parks. It was everything and more. Will definitely rent again.

House was conveniently located to most things in Orlando and located close to amenities such as grocery and restaurants. Highway I4 was a very congested route to take no matter when time/day of the week. Recommend taking alternate routes if available. House has lots of space and was located on a nice greenbelt in behind. It had everything you need to have a great stay. Beds are coming to the end of there life expectancy and the carpets as well as furniture could use a good steam cleaning as our allergies & skin broke out a few times when sitting on the furniture. This is a quiet spot and very enjoyable after a long day on the road.

This house is located in a very quite gated community. Very good amenities included...just add people! Clean, comfortable and my only issue was handled very well by the Trip Adviser agent. I would definitely rent this property again.

I loved this place it was everything that was described and the owners kept in touch and gave us a list of things to do while in the area they really accommodated my family for our holiday experience..

The villa was everything I asked for and wanted,I would reccomend to anyone who is looking for a spacious and comfortable living environment. Nice quite and gorgeous neighborhood,would love to book again on my next trip.

Our stay at this home was absolutely fantastic! Valerie was very helpful and made the check in/check out process easy and convienient. The home itself is beautiful; very clean and abudant space for guests. This vacation home is definitely worth it. I have highly recommended it to friends and will be back myself for sure!!

All I can say is thanks for presenting this house for holiday rental.
The house was large, clean, tidy, and comfortable, felt secure and safe in the gated community.
Excellent pool area. Good games room. Excellent Kitchen and lounge. Bedrooms and bathrooms were luxuriant. All the trimmings for living in comfort were there.
Not sure how to work alarm and heating/cooling. (maybe a bit in the guide book would help.) But no big deal.
All I can say is Thanks to Valerie for providing her beautiful house as a base for our visit to Orlando.

We booked this home for a few days for a Disney vacation. Booking through flipkey was a breeze! The home was in reasonable proximity to the parks and accommodated our party of nine. It was exactly as described and pictured. The pool and hot tub was an excellent added addition to our stay, and the neighborhood was great! The owner was immediately attentive and helpful upon booking, with updates and detailed information on the area. The property manager was very responsive to any questions, concerns, or request. I would definitely book in the future!

The house is wonderful and located conveniently close to public markets, restaurants and Walt Disney World which was our park destination. Having the pool provided us great relief from the humidity and the heat Florida is known for in summer. The house was very clean and even though we only had breakfast prepared in the house, the kitchen is fully equipped for dinners. I highly recommend this place as an amazing getaway and will gladly return for future vacations, maybe not in summer due to Florida's stifling heat.
An advice for a minor improvement would be that the pillows would need a complete change, especially in the master bedroom.
Otherwise, great vacation home.
