Some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate in Reunion are only minutes from the resort. The bar & grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and broadcasts live sports events worldwide. The resort is complete with a large tropical swimming pavilion, waterslide and lazy river, children's playground and the newly opened Frankie Farrells with skee ball, pinball, pizza, children's parties. Palm island resort

Spacious home

Very spacious home with full kitchen and good AC. On a complex with a lazy river, spa and bar. Near to all the theme parks, restaurants etc. Owner very prompt to respond to emails and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay here.

Very Nice vacation home

The villa and resort were very nice, and I would recommend it. The location is a bit further than I thought from the airport and Universal Studios, but still a reasonable drive.

Great townhome

most enjoyable

I was at Lauras villa for 6 weeks and had my daoughter and son in law and 2 grand daughters joined me for a month...we all had a wonderful time...I really appreciated having my own space with the bedroom downstairs and them having the space...More

About 2 minutes short walking distance from Resort for Publix Super Market which sells everything which our guests might need, also there is Chinese Restaurant, Applebee's home style restaurants, Pizzeria, English Pub (Chips and Fish)along with fun and entertainment, exciting sports from the world, Medical Center, Gas Station, Post Office, Pharmacy and Bank . There is Wal Mart about 5 minutes down the Highway 27 in the Davenport, about 10minutes distance from Disney, about 20 minutes frm Sea World and Universal. The Orlando International Airport is about 30minutes short drive along with Sanford at 50minutes. Regal Palm is a part of Highland Reserve Community that has its private golf course (situated across the road). Wal mart is 5mins drive and then there are finest restaurants with in 5 minutes.
Getting around
Disney area tropical resort is ideal for large families on a budget who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando attractions. The town homes are spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a full living room and a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, cable TV and sleeps 8-9 people. Amenities on the property which includes an on site restaurant, 3 swimming pools with a water slide and the lazy river make it ideal for children. Frankie Farrell's Restaurant and the volleyball court are a good draw for older children and the sunbathing terraces and poolside Tiki bar is a welcome retreat after a day at the parks. For those who want to combine business with pleasure, there is free wi-fi available in the business center.
