Walking distance to shops and restaurants and Old Town, and a very short drive to most of the popular theme parks. The house is located on Regal Oaks, a fully managed resort of terraced holiday homes, with office and tourist information centre. It is a 10 minute drive from Disneyworld and very near to most other major Orlando attractions. The resort is situated around a lake and adjoining a forested conservation area. We are delighted to announce that the brand new renovated swimming pool, waterslides, sunbathing area, clubhouse restaurant and gym opened in March 2015. This is a luxury 4 bed 3 bath roomed, air conditioned house. The ground floor comprises, fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge (TV, phone and internet access point) dining area, a large double bedroom (queen bed) a full bathroom, washer/dryer room and rear covered terrace and grassed area. Upstairs consist of Master bedroom (king bed, combination safe, phone and TV) with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom. All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. All linen, furnishings and utensils (inc, Iron/board, hairdryer) are supplied. The front of the property has dedicated parking spaces for 2 vehicles. There is also a DVD player and Beach Chairs which I have bought for guests in our house to use during their stay, as well as a few DVDs. There is a 42 inch plasma screen TV in the lounge and two of the bedrooms, and widescreen TVs in the other bedrooms. One of the TVs has a DVD player attached and there is also a DVD player for the main TV. We have had a screened room built at the back of the house so that guests can sit outside whilst still protected from insects - see photos! There is free wireless internet in the house for guests to use. Location: Regal Oaks in Old Town, Kissimee, Orlando. Nearest Airport: Orlando MCO at 20 Miles This property is situated on a superior resort just behind Old Town, Kissimmee, just off Hwy 192 only three miles from Disney, with SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Wet N' Wild and Discovery Cove all within easy reach. Old Town consists of 75 Shops, 8 Restaurants and 18 thrilling rides with live nightly entertainment, and is walking distance from the complex. All major chain stores and restaurants can be found close by on H'way 192. Other attractions close by include Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa, Clearwater and Daytona beaches. Disney Celebration, 3 miles away, is a fabulous small community with fine dining, banks, cinema, many small shops and a post office. For shopping why not try one of the many discount malls located on or near International drive which starts 2 miles from the house. If you are a golfer you will be amazed at the choice of courses found locally. For a relaxing day away from the parks why not relax at the swimming pool onsite or stroll around Old Town. More

About the neighbourhood

The house is situated in Regal Oaks resort which is a complex of houses with a luxurious pool and lazy river with sunbathing area. Set back from the popular Highway 192 with many restaurants, shops and attractions, the location could not be better in order to experience Orlando with ease. The complex is a short 5 minute walk from Old Town, which has an array of unusual and exciting shops, as well as some daredevil rides such as a bungee swing. If you have a car, then all the theme parks and popular shopping malls are within easy reach. Busch Gardens and the nearest beaches (Daytona and Cocoa) are an hour's drive. A 5 minute drive will take you to Celebration, the town created by Disney which has a gorgeous lake and many family-owned restaurants. A lovely place to end the day with a meal after a busy day at theme parks.
