Modern private 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with central a/c, hot water throughout. Located 15 min to Paseo de las Flores Mall and Movie Theatre, 5 min to Downtown Heredia, walk to la UNA National University, 35 min to InBioParque and San Jose (pending traffic). This listing is for the entire house. The master bedroom has its own private garden Jacuzzi tub / shower. There is hot water throughout the house with NO suicide showers. The master bedroom has a private balcony that faces the south west direction with a beautiful view of the Heredia Central Valley. The second private balcony, has a large deck area where you can lay out in the sun or is great for morning yoga and stargazing at night. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the house and there is a computer downstairs available for your use. There are also two fully furnished guest bedrooms available for use that have their own wall mounted flat screen TVs and balcony area. The neighborhood offers a children's playground across the street, basketball courts and manicured gardens inside the neighborhood. There is also an upstairs guest bath with a shower if you prefer and a 3rd shower and bathroom downstairs. There is an open family room area downstairs with a big screen television, cable TV, dining room and modern fully equipped kitchen with reverse osmosis purified water. Downstairs there is one separate bedroom with a shower and sink and a half bath (toilet and pedestal sink). Each bedroom is lockable and has its own electronic safe for security. This is a gated community with on street parking available and 24/7 guards patrolling the property. While we always have felt very safe in the neighborhood, please do not leave valuables in your vehicle or within sight... This is pretty much the case anywhere in Costa Rica. The "Scorpio" gym is walking distance and gives out a free 1 week trial membership if you show some interest although just taking a walk around the neighborhood is a great way to take in some exercise. There are also two playgrounds in the neighborhood and one large garden area down the street with a full size basketball court available for use.
