Welcome to Beach Bliss! A Waterfront Condo at Outer Most Beach. Sleeps 6, and offers 2 Baths with Views from main living area and private upstairs bedroom deck as well as the patio. Central AC with 2 Slimline units (in Living Area and Upstairs Loft area) to keep you cool and Free WiFi to keep you connected. Beach side living is the best! Enter into an open area with combined living dining and kitchen area. The living area has a Queen Sleep Sofa, Slimline AC and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Off of the living area is a Full Bathroom #1 with a shower and a stackable washer/dryer. Outside is the patio with dining table and chairs, and gas grill. Get a clamming permit while in town and walk right out your door onto the flats to fetch your dinner for the evening! Truly a fun cape cod experience for all. Head upstairs to the 2 sleeping areas. As you come up the stairs there is an open loft area with 2 Twin Beds, ceiling fan and Mini Split AC unit. There is a 2nd bathroom with a tub /shower combo just at the top of the stars as you turn to head toward the master bedroom. Go through the loft area and you will enter the 2nd sleeping area with a Queen Bed. This room has a private deck with views of the harbor- sit back, grab your favorite libation and relax. The warmth of the summer sun feels even better as the cool ocean breezes waft off the water while you are watching all the boats come to and from the marina. There is a Community Outdoor shower to enjoy when returning from your day at the beach- This is a Cape Cod tradition and the kids will just love showering outside - partially enclosed and located just one condo down by the end unit. There is also a large green, grassy lot for all of the association to enjoy, located just outside the parking area, here you can kick a ball around, have a catch, or fly a kite! There is plenty of outdoor space that is shared, along with easy access to the beachfront just steps from your door, and the outdoor shower. Just a short bike ride up to town or up to Morris Island where you will find the Monomoy National Wild Life Refuge where you can enjoy birding, walking the beach, and exploring! Let the ocean call to you each day! Come relax, rejuvenate and restore your soul here in Chatham. **This home comes with a 'Back to Basics Bag' all with compliments from the owner! A large reusable tote comes with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dish washing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and travel size shampoo and conditioner (for guests with a 1 week minimum stay). NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home. Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on lawn anytime. This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience with a 3 pm Check-In/10am Check-Out. Additional Information to Assist You: During Peak 2020 Summer Season (from June 12 until July 3) a 7 night Friday to Friday Reservation is Required. (From July 11 to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay. Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request. To Book a Reservation: We accept Visa or Mastercard only. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We can help you with that upon reservation confirmation. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience.
