The first floor bedroom (Bedroom #1) has a Queen bed, across the hallway from the bedroom there is a full bathroom with a double sink, and a shower. Upstairs is another bedroom (Bedroom #2) with a Queen bed that connects with a full bathroom with double head shower and bath; there is also access to this bathroom from the hallway (Jack & Jill-style). You will also find a loft with a Queen futon, flat screen TV, and a Playstation. In total there are two 32' flat screen TVs (upstairs) and one 42' flat screen TV (in living room), all with HD cable. Enjoy Wequassett Resort for restaurants and an outdoor bar with Pleasant Bay views. Jack Knife Beach is popular for kayaking and windsurfing and is nearby. **This home comes with a 'Back to Basics Bag' all with compliments from the owner! A large reusable tote comes with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dish washing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and travel size shampoo and conditioner (for guests with a 1 week minimum stay). This home offers Key less Entry for your convenience with a 3 pm Check-In/10 am Check-Out. ​​​​​​​NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home. NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home. Max parking of cars at property: 2. No parking on lawn anytime. Additional Information to Assist You: During Peak 2020 Summer Season (from June 12 until July 3) a 7 night Friday to Friday Reservation is Required. (From July 11 to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. Some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay. Our calendars are updated in real-time and are accurate. You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request. To Book a Reservation: We accept Visa or Mastercard only. A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We can help you with that upon reservation confirmation. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience. We have stayed twice at 22 Charlene Lane. A beautiful cottage situated at the end of a quiet lane in East Harwich. Its close to a variety of beaches and very close to amenities. The owner provides beach chairs and a fabulous set of beach...More

Hi Chris, We love to have repeat guests. This is a wonderful updated modern Cape Cod Home that has the architectual charm of a Cape home with modern amenities such as central A/C, Chef's kitchen etc.
