<b>Hampton Lakes</b> hosts this immaculate, south facing, <b>4 bedroom 3 bathroom</b> private pool home. This south facing, corner lot, provides a very serene and private ambience for our guests. The interior of the home was completely renovated by an interior designer who achieved a very unique, modern, open concept, with a luxuriously appointed design. The list of upgrades goes on and on starting with the contemporary, kitchen and living areas with comfortable and relaxing bedrooms. This home has 2 master bedrooms with ensuites, 1 king and 1 queen – The third bedroom has 2 adult full size bunk beds with the 4th bedroom having a twin set. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $25 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April. Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
