My family wanted to be together as we laid our father to rest. We enjoyed the southern charm and nice and safe area. The house was perfect for us!! As I was about to thank the property owner, he submitted me a bill for damages. I had to ask for pics, as we respected and cleaned his property. Amongst the pics was a broken chair that we never used. We never sat at the dining room table, thus didn’t sit in the dining room chair. I knew then that this was a money grab. The other pics showed snot on a bedspread and makeup on a pillow. I advised him that I wouldn’t pay for something a washing machine could fix. This guy said to me “You’re Dad must be proud of you”. Did he really just disrespect my dead Dad?!! He did. Beware. I’m sure future guest will also have broken hearts s chair.

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with everything we needed. Home was very close to all we needed. Would definitely I felt recommend and stay here again. Great communication with owner!

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is in a great location, has all the necessities, and made our long trip (three weeks doing research in the area) much more comfortable. Brandon is very responsive. Great experience. Highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 grown children. Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space. The location was perfect - close to DSU campus and downtown shopping. The owner was immediately responsive to questions. The checkin/checkout process was so smooth. We will definitely try to book this property again when we come to visit our extended family!

We came in for a quick trip to visit my sister. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The home had plenty of space for all of us. It’s a little out dated but a very cute home. It fit all of our needs for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

We were attending the Pig Pickin festival at Delta State University. We only stayed one night, but the experience was great! Any question I had, he was quick to answer. The home was located close to the festivities. Would definitely rent here again.

I was working on a research study in the area and needed a place to stay with a colleague and our student for four weeks. This house is perfectly sized with all of the accommodations we needed and in a fantastic part of town (it would be really walk-able to almost anywhere in Cleveland... if it weren't so hot when we were there in August). Brandon is really easy to get a hold of and is incredibly responsive for any questions or needs that arise. The art in the house is really fun too! I highly recommend this property.
