The villa lived up to its name as "Amazing Villa Seroja" and our group of six adults had a wonderful time staying there. The Villa is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, but within walking distance to some cool eateries such as "The Nook" and a short 'Grab" ride into the Seminyak shopping district. The Villa, pool area and garden were immaculate and the Villa staff were very obliging. We definitely recommend this Villa for a group of friends or family who are wanting to stay in Seminyak.

Awesome stay. The villa is really well thought off. 4 really spacious bedrooms. Really allows for privacy while in your room. Super spacious living room too. Location is just the best. 2 minutes away from Petitenget, Semyniak, beach clubs, but still quiet enough in the Umalad neighbourhoud. Pool great too. Highly recommended!

First the beds are wonderful, hotel premium quality ! The pool is hudge (more than 15 meters including jacuzzi) and well integrated in the garden. We could eat inside (with AC) or outside. We can open all the doors to feel like a fully open living-room. Budy the driver is very helpful, pricing in line with the market. My kids and I felt very safe in this peaceful area (I even let the kids playing in the street). Canggu/Berawa or Seminyak in 5 minutes ride.

Warm welcome and great service from staff, spacious modern and clean centred around the pool. Location suited us perfectly as far enough from the town to be quiet and peaceful and yet several good places to eat within a few minutes walk from here.

Wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and cafe. The villa is very clean and the swimming pool is a great place to hang out.

A beautifully fitted out Villa in a quiet street in Seminyak (which is hard to find). Each of the four rooms were well fitted out with lovely ensuites. As was the kitchen, dining and lounge room area. Pool was fantastic and the whole ambience was relaxing and peaceful. Marc was a great host and responsive to all questions and dealings. The villa's driver Budi was obliging and happy to drop us out and around when we needed. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the busy streets and shopping (and maybe 30-40 to the middle of Seminyak shopping district) so often Budi would drop us out and we would wander around and often walk back. However, Budi would come and pick us up as need be or we would simply catch a blue bird taxi (normally around $3-$5 AUD). We had a lovely breakfast cooked every morning by Katut, to save us going out and finding something. Budi took us to the local supermarket which was outstanding, with most things in western supermarkets available. We all loved lying beside the pool, which whilst not heated that I am aware was just the right temperature to be refreshed from the warm weather. Would recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet place and still have the busyness of Seminyak just around the corner.

This was advertised as a luxury villa 1. Upon arrival none of the bedrooms could not be locked, and this was not addressed at all. 2. Strong sewerage smell in the bedrooms ( was fixed) 3. No english TV only local ( again for a luxury villa this is normally standard) 4. Downstairs doors wouldn’t open ( mostly fixed) I have stayed in all sorts of different villas in Bali, this was the most expensive and the least well equipped. When I said this to the owner the response was “ Regarding your remark "I’ve stayed in many villas and this is the most expensive", please be informed that our charge is USD 309/day incl taxes and that we offered you complimentary late check out (equals half day rate), use of our villa car with driver and airport transfer on arrival and departure. The difference with what you paid is due to the fact you decided to use Flipkey/Tripadvisor for your booking.“. So if you book through trip advisor expect less? And BEWARE the driver. I paid $25 for my 80 year old aunt to be picked up from the airport as we were arriving separately, unbeknown to me ( until latter) he asked her and was given more money. On our first day he asked me for 250k ($25) for driving us around Seminyak, I immediately told him I knew what he was up to and the car and driver were supposed to be included. Because I knew we would be doing a lot of backwards and forwards I did offer him 100k a day exta as well as filling the car up with fuel. He then tried again to con my mother and aunt out of more money when I was not there! Bad form! The villa was pleasant enough, the housekeeper was good however the above lack of amenities and problems as well as the dishonest driver did not make a good experience.
