This 7 acre property, just a short walk to one of the country's preeminent fly fishing rivers, will transport guests into a uniquely peaceful, bucolic setting with a sprawling lawn and gardens to enjoy in the summer, while an expansive victorian interior with a gourmet kitchen is suitable for memorable family and friend gatherings anytime of the year.     What a perfectly wonderful weekend. The house was everything we wanted and the space was perfect for our large group. We took advantage of the beautiful kitchen and communal dining area, lounges, and rec room to have a great weekend with a few of our friends. The nearby areas were also fun to explore including a local brewery and distillery. For anyone looking for the right balance of a lazy weekend indoors and exploring the local attractions this is a perfect venue!

    Beaverkill Manor is located in the Catskills mountains in upstate New York in a small enclave called Peakville which sits on the lower Beaverkill River, a blue ribbon trout stream in the United States and home to the birthplace of American fly fishing. The house was built at the turn of the century by the Peak family and a short walk from the bottom of the driveway leads to a New York State fishing access site for fishing the Beaverkill and Trout Brook.
