Beautiful beach house built in 2012 in the Outer Banks, NC. The house is in Corolla, NC. It's about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The house is about 2,400sq, 4 beds, 3.5 baths, and two living rooms with cable flat screen TV. There is free WiFi internet. There are washer and dryer in the house, and a grill outside. The house is in the community of 'The Villas at Corolla Bay'. The community has a volleyball court, basketball court, and a pool. There is a private hot tub in the yard. Please put the furniture back if they were moved around. Garbage pickup is on Wednesday and Saturday. Please put out garbage can before checkout even if it’s not a garbage pickup day. If the grill is used, please remove all the ashes and put them in the garbage. If the grill is NOT clean, then there is a $150 charge from the refundable deposit for cleaning.Please return the bikes, beach chairs, and beach accessories neatly in the garage.
