The well-appointed master bedroom has a King-sized bed, a 3-piece ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet while the other two bedrooms have comfortable Queen-sized beds. Bedroom windows have blinds and screens to help you get a good night sleep. Outside, you'll find a spacious sundeck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, 2 acres of private space and a walking trails to both Sutherland's pond and Colindale Beach (on our property) We are located within 5 minutes of the shops and restaurants of the seaside community of Port Hood, which is known as the Beach Capital of Cape Breton and known across Canada for its warm swimming waters (as the water reaches 22 degrees Celcius (73 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer). We are located about 15 minutes from the charming village of Mabou which has restaurants with local fiddle music, groceries and some of the warmest hospitality on earth. In addition, we are conveniently located about half an hour drive from the five-star Cabot Cliffs Golf course in Inverness and an hour away from the starting point of the world-famous Cabot Trail. The lakeside town of Baddeck and the historical Fort Louisburg tourist attraction and whale watching expeditions are all easy day trips from our property. PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot find available dates online, feel free to inquire through our website. Rates shown are based on 4 guests. 1. Colindale Beach Villas is a new destination, which opened during the summer of 2019. With every day that passes the landscaping we have done looks better than what is shown in the photos. 2. Villa Sharing - We are pleased to host families of upto six people or parties of two couples who wish to share a villa. The sharing of a villa by 3 couples, however, is not permitted, although there may be exceptions on a case by case basis. 3, Internet -- We offer complimentary satellite-based internet service so guests can stay connected with the outside world. This is the best service available in this area at this time and it may be used for low data activities like checking email, browsing the internet and light data social media. Outdoor fires are not permitted. 5. Loud music or noise is not permitted anytime. Quiet time begins at 9 pm. 6. Guest must sign a liability waiver to use the nature trails, beach and pond. 7. In the beach area, guests are required to stay off sand dunes. 8. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed on the property.

A breath of fresh air and beauty.
