Broadmea is a stunning barn conversion made up of two properties. Broadmea Barn sleeps 10 and is situated in the beautiful, unspoilt South Tyne Valley on the Cumbria/Northumberland border. Skilfully undertaken and refurbished to a high standard the property retains charm and character offering a mix of traditional structure and contemporary design. They stand proudly across the courtyard from the owner’s home and 1800-acre working sheep farm in the North Pennine Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.The many footpaths (Pennine Way) and groomed cycle ways allow guests the freedom to explore the stonewalled fields and surrounding moorland. Cycle hire, pony trekking and trout farm fishing (15 miles). There is a village pub (1 mile) with good food.The barn has a fantastic open plan layout providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. With natural stone and open beams the true character of the building is brought to the fore. The beamed vaulted ceiling incorporates a spacious dining area with seating for 12 - 16, a large kitchen and a split mezzanine with two galleried sitting areas which overlook the dining area below. From the patio you can view the glorious countryside whilst listening to the fenced stream burbling at the bottom of the garden.More

The Barn comfortably sleeps 10 adults in 5 Bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms have one king bed in each and one room has 2 single beds. There are 4 bathrooms; One large family Bathroom with double ended bath and w c, two ensuite bathrooms and another family bathroom with shower, w c and relaxing Sauna. 3D Floor plans and walk through video available to view on my web site. There is underfloor central heating and a Jotal Gas Fire with wood burn effect to keep the chill away. Freesat TV/DVD CD player, Bose Blutooth wireless speaker. Fresh white linens and towels. Cot and Highchair. Garden with Patio area and lovely rattan garden furniture - large round table with seating for 12. Weber Charcoal Barbeque Automatic washing machine/drier Microwave/dishwasher/freezer Wine cooler and two under counter refrigerators. Nespresso Coffee Machine 6 pods included and French press.
