Note: Access to the garden areas is via 5 steps. Region: Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination. Town: Broughton-in-Furness is situated in the south western corner of the Lake District and is just six miles from Coniston Water. The village offers a cobbled square, shops and pubs. From Broughton-in-Furness walking and climbing can be enjoyed, plus the Furness railway line runs from nearby Foxfield and makes for an ideal day out.More

Dirty kitchen

Although we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the welcome pack, happy with the upstairs nice towels and comfy bed really put of with cooker windows, sofas were past there best

What a lovely holiday - thank you!

I stayed at Church View with my family for 4 nights. What a gorgeous house in a beautiful village. There is so much to do and see locally. The host was amazing too, very warm, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it!

Caveat Empor!

Cottage adequate for weeks stay. HOWEVER, BE WARNED the traffic volume/noise from the road located approx 10ft from windows is constant and noisy. Traffic did not really cease Sat/Sun morning, built up during the day and was constant until almost midnight. It commenced again at...More

Lovely week at a beautiful home from home

Superb Quality, Great Location and Fantastic Views

Cosy, Comfortable & Relaxing House

We had a fantastic holiday, lovely house which has been restored to a very high standard. Garden is lovely, our dogs loved lazing in the sun! Lovely house, very cosy, comfortable and relaxing.
