Three coworkers and I stayed for four nights in this super clean home. We had a less-than 10-minute drive to the convention center. Beautiful wood floors, two large full baths (plus a half) and four very nice bedrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked and the living areas were spacious with nice furniture. We had nice communication from the hosts and zero issues with this home. Would definitely stay again.

I bet the location is fine for adults only or people going to concerts but I didn't feel all that safe with my kids. it was tricky to find the alley to park in even though the owners sent good directions.
The house is re-done enough for a rental but the grey couch in the photo is broken and stained and I let the owners know. They did not acknowledge. the leather couch is good. It needs more comforts and finishing like rugs. there is 1 rug in the entire home. The beautiful powder room on the first floor is missing a curtain for the window so anyone walking by will see in. The 3rd bedroom on the back also is missing a shade or curtain on the door to the back porch. back porch was dusty and dirty. beds are okay. need more clothing storage. having desks in the rooms is nice, but a dresser would be nice as well.
The basement is still old house scary and dirty so I didn't do laundry and the ping pong table was dirty. there was broken furniture in the basement and parts of things they are working on. I had concerns about the electrical in the house and if it is sufficiently updated to be safe.

We were in town for the National Youth Convention and Fine Arts Festival. The home was minutes from the convention center. We appreciated the hosts recommendations of activities and found ourselves using their binder throughout the week.

We had a big group staying here and the place was absolutely perfect for us. Rowe House rentals has the best communication. They responded back quickly whenever we had any questions and they were always super pleasant. Definitely will stay here again if we ever make our way back to Columbus. Downtown is less than a 10 minute drive/uber. There is plenty to do for an age range.
