Additional amenities & feature info
The house was the first bank in Margate built around 1800 with the living room the original banking hall and has retained its character with high ceilings. The pantry/store room was the bank vault. In addition to the kitchen and dining room there is a downstairs cloakroom and a walled courtyard garden and off street parking. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a large master bedroom, a twin room and a single room.

There is private off street parking which is important in the old town where parking is very difficult. The private walled courtyard garden offers a relaxing space to unwind.
