This stone built, ground floor apartment is perfectly situated to explore Northumberland .Only a few minutes walk into the town centre, with its impressive castle and magnificent gardens, as well as an array of shops, restaurants, and pubs. The unspoilt coast is only a few miles away, and the beautiful cheviot hills within easy reach. The apartment is well furnished the lounge has a sofa bed, able to sleep two people. The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful antique style bed. all linen and towels are included. the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer. Good sized flat. Comfy large double bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of space generally. Only wish would be living room furniture that was higher, firmer.....easier to get in and out of with support to gain a better posture.... sore spine friendly! Excellent position with it's...More

Great location, really average accommodation

The location of the apartment was ideal for all things Alnwick. The stay was average. In need of some TLC and brightening up and wouldn't take much to recoup and increase visitors. Thick dust in places - lampshade and bedside tables not good so cleaning...More

Great location

Perfect 10 out of 10 location for visiting Alnwick and Northumberland. Having a parking space in Alnwick was fantastic. There are so many things to do within walking distance and a good variety of places to go in the evening. The house environment will suit...More

Directions to 7 Dodds Lane, Alnwick, Ne661AD By car, North or south Travelling on the A1, follow signs to Alnwick town centre. As you approach the town you will see the Hotspur Tower, take left turn immediately before the tower, onto Hotspur Street. Follow the road which bears to the right (passing the tanners arms on the left) and becomes Green Batt. Pass the library on your left, and then St Michaels Lane on your right, the next right you will see pedestrian access to Dodds lane, take the next right onto three Tuns Lane. This will lead you to the car park.
