Placed perfectly between Pagham and Bognor Regis, Carlton Avenue is located within 5 minutes walk of the Rose Green village centre, where you can enjoy use of a selection of local shops such as butchers and fishmongers, Chinese and Indian take aways, grocery store, post office and craft shop which sell locally made crafts. The Rose Green Fryery which serves excellent fish & chips fresh to order is at the end of the road. The local ‘free house' pubs – ‘The Lamb', the ‘Red Lion', ‘The Bear' as well as the popular ‘Inglenook Hotel' are located in Nyetimber which is an easy 15-20 minute walk. We also have an excellent regular local bus service (nearest bus stop 30m) providing easy access to Bognor and Chichester. Carlton Avenue is a disabled friendly three bedroom bungalow. All internal doors have been widened for wheelchair access. All external doors have low level thresholds and level access out to the path or patio. There are two double bedrooms (one has plenty of room around to enable wheelchair access) and one large twin bedroom with plenty of room to manoevre. All beds are at standard height. The twin bedroom has a large en-suite level access wetroom with underfloor heating and also its own low level access doorway out onto the patio. In the wetroom, there is a low level easy use electric shower and wheelchair accessible sink. Additionally, there is also a modern family shower room. The large comfy living/dining area has twin aspect views of the garden and patio making it light and airy. There are 2 sets of French doors which are low level and enable easy access out into the garden and onto the patio. When not out and about enjoying the local eateries, there is a modern well equipped kitchen with everything you will need to effectively self-cater. Including:- kettle, toaster, fridge/ freezer, microwave, oven with hob, full size dishwasher and washer/dryer. This has not been designed for wheelchair users but is accessible. There is also a large hatch into the lounge/ diner enabling views out to the garden. The large west facing garden with table, chairs and bench ensures that you get the most out of the sunshine on the patio from midday into late evening giving the ideal spot to enjoy alfresco dining as well as providing plenty of space for children to play.More

Great accommodation close to Bognor and Pagham. Very clean and all amenities The owner (Lisa) welcomed us with goodies and made sure we had clean linens etc hroughout our three week stay. This would be our first choice for future stays in the area.
