Within walking distance you can reach the lifts and slopes. Also the centre of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with its cosy shops and restaurants, can easily be reached on foot. The local train stops directly behind the resort. In terms of nature, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions. In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of pistes and modern lifts for your feet. The Funpark belongs to the absolute top of the world! Every year big competitions are organised here. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are plenty of opportunities here. Fancy tobogganing? That's also possible here! In summer a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many nice shops and terraces. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle along the Murradweg. This is a famous cycle path along the river Mur through the region.
