Doc was super helpful and very responsive whenever needed.

The property was perfect for a family gathering of six adults. We especially loved the heated toy barn, which was perfect for playing ping pong and corn hole during the cold January days. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to enjoy the hot tub, but it was available and looked nice. We did not have pets, but the dog park was very large and well maintained. Communication was great and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Doc and Carrie are wonderful hosts! They are kind, prompt and helped us with every aspect of our reservation and stay. Their place is clean, well designed and spacious. They thought of everything when preparing the house for guests. The location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by and the layout of the property itself is great! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Doc and Carrie!

This was our fourth consecutive Christmas at The Mad Cat Inn. It has consistently been amazing. Through the years the condition of the inn has been perfect. The only change we have noticed is ever improvement in amenities and rotation of Christmas decorations so it never seems exactly the same. Doc and Carrie are wonderful hosts. We hope to return

We are still blown away by the hospitality at the Mad Cat Inn! Doc and Carrie truly thought of every single detail and provided us with everything we could possibly need during our stay, even things we wouldn’t have thought we needed. From the tiniest of details, to the thoughtful touches like having children’s books and toys that our kids absolutely loved, to the holiday decor - we are just beyond impressed and so grateful to have had such a beautiful place to stay! The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the detailed communication was much appreciated too. We will definitely be back again for another stay! THANK YOU!!!

The property was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of six plus our dog. The neighborhood was nice and it was minutes away from Alum Creek’s beach and campsite. The dog park was a great bonus. The hosts communicated well and were welcoming.
