Villa Paraiso del Sur is a creative's dream. Unplug yourself from the crowd in this secluded off the beaten path location while you reflect, reconnect, and recharge. Nestled in the jungle and designed to enhance everything surrounding it, our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from taking morning walks to a beautiful lookout point nearby, relaxing by the pool watching herds of monkeys pass by, or by sipping local beer/wine while watching epic sunsets and spectacular panoramic views.

Fantásticas Vacaciones familiares de inicio de año

Un lugar acogedor, a solo 10 minutos de San Juan, reúne una combinación de vistas hermosas y un ambiente natural cálido y acogedor. La casa tiene un contacto con la naturaleza, es espacioso, amplio, con varias zonas verdes. Joel muy atento a cada consulta. Cerca de playa hermosa!! Recomendada para pasar el día

A Small Piece of Paradise

Secluded villa on the mountain but a short drive into town. Beautiful scenery with wildlife all around, really transports you to a different place. We stayed in one of the cabanas, very comfortable, with a stunning outdoor bathroom built in. Joel and his wife were very friendly and courteous. Definitely will visit again.

About the neighbourhood

TOWN: San Juan del Sur center is located 10 Km from the villa. It's the place to enjoy the vibrant night life or a Sunday Funday. You can also visit the statue of Christ of the Mercy and take in the view of the bay from above. Relax over a cocktail at one of San Juan del Sur's most famous beach-side restaurants, El Timon or Iguana. BEACH: There are several breaches around. Playa Hermosa is the closest, the entrance is located 2.5 km from the Villa. It is a private beach perfect for surfing or spending the day with family and friends. SHOPPING: There is a small shop 6 minutes away, Miscelania El Tigre. You can find a variety of items, such as, drinks, vegetables, rice, beans, bread, sugar, cheese, beer, wine, water, etc.

How to get there

After you pass the Pali supermarket in San Juan del Sur, turn left towards Carretera al Ostional. Follow the paved road for 7.3 Km. Turn left towards the unpaved road in the entrance to Reserva Privada Silvestre Las Fincas and drive for 1.2 Km. You will find us on your left. During the raining season, because of the dirt road, we recommend having an AWD vehicle, but is not required.
