Our Sparrow Pond Cottage located 1026 Scaup Court in Kiawah's West Beach overlooking lush maritime woods with many deer and birds to watch. Cottage is on a quiet private Cul de Sac where can hear ocean from a swing on the front porch. Guests are given code to use community pool and bath house located on Duneside at beach access. Excellent location - less than 5 minute walk to pool & beach access, Cougar Point Golf Course, West Beach Tennis Club, Straw Market Restaurants & Shops. Vehicle and bike parking also provided at beach access. Wireless WIFI by AT&T. We have availability year round at various rates. This 3 BR cottage sleeps eight by utilizing queen sofa sleeper in family room. Also has Pack & Play and high chair for our little guests. Separate laundry rom with washer & dryer. Outside shower also. Deck on side with wrought iron patio table/chairs and lounge chairs for relaxing. Gate located at entrance to to front porch/deck that is lockable for your kids or pets safety. Sheltered parking for 2-3 cars beneath the home. Charcoal & gas grill provided. Home air conditioned with plantation ceiling fans in all rooms. Linens & beach towels & chairs are provided with cart. Our cottage is a No Smoking Home.
