This 16th century cottage is part of a traditional Devon long house. The cottage is full of beams and character. Situated in a quiet location near to the church in the village of Woodbury, Devon. The cottage has a lovely walled courtyard garden - a real sun-trap. The sitting room has large comfy sofas as well as a dining area and window seat with views to the front of the cottage. Also on the ground floor is a lovely, bright bedroom that can be arranged with twin beds or as a SuperKing, and a family bathroom. Upstairs there is a light and spacious master bedroom with King size bed and dual aspect to the front and rear. Adjacent to this is a smaller, double bedroom and upstairs toilet.
