The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a livingroom with lounge. The livingroom has sofas and separate table and chairs for dining. there is a garden at the rear with french doors leading into it as well as a drive for parking at the front of the house.
It is located in a quiet, residential area with lots of amenities within walking distance, such as Morrisons supermarkets, petrol station, Fish and chips shop and Saltire restaurant/bar.
The railway station is approximately 2 minutes walk from the apartement with direct lines to Edinburgh and Glasgow (15-20 minutes each way).
