Conveniently located it is the perfect spot to explore the east coast of Anglesey and beyond. Ground Floor Kitchen diner A spacious well equipped kitchen and dining space welcomes you into the house. With an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher washing machine and coffee maker. Bedroom 1 - Ensuite An ensuite twin bedroom with a fully equipped access friendly wet room, perfect for anyone who struggle with stairs. First floor Sitting Room The main sitting room is on the first floor to make the most of the sea views across the fields onto Lligwy beach. Outside With plenty of shared garden space that includes individual picnic benches and a designated dog-friendly area where pets can be safely let off their leads. Off-road parking is ample and shared with the other houses. The Local Area A short drive from Moelfre, a historic fishing village with the wonderful Anns pantry and boutique shop The Shabby & Chic it's a great base to start exploring the coastal footpath along the east coast of Anglesey. Traeth Bychan is the next bay along with a lovely cafe serving delicious pizzas. Exploring the coast of Anglesey from the water on a Rib Ride from Menai Bridge offers a great perspective as well as an opportunity to see all the wonderful birds and sea life.
