Nothing to bring, everything is here. All utilities and internet included Downstairs is a huge bright open plan living/dining room with floorboards. Living room has a 2 large comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player, XBox 360, Netflix and unlimited WIFI Dining room has a large dining table and seating for 8 adults. The kitchen has just been renovated, it's bright and modern with quality appliances, including a 90 cm 5-ring gas freestanding stove, fridge/freezer, microwave ,dishwasher, ceased stone benches and a kitchen island. The master bedroom is bright and sunny with a king bed, small ensuite with shower, WC and hand basin. The master also has a sunny Juliet balcony with a setting for two. The second bedroom is slightly smaller with bunk beds and would be suitable for children. The third bedroom has a double bed, desk and plenty of storage. The main bathroom has a W.C, hand basin, shower and bathtub. Hairdryer is provided, as well as towels for 6 people, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and toilet paper. All bed linen is also provided. Outside, there is a large, very sunny entertaining courtyard with dining table and seating for 6 adults. Off-street parking for multiple cars – this is almost unheard of in Sydney and is an absolute must if you have a rental car as street parking in Sydney is extremely scarce.More

About the neighbourhood
Arncliffe is 9km from the city. Recreation-wise, it's handy to everything, including an easy 15min drive on the M5 to any of the lower eastern-suburb beaches or 5min drive to brighton for a quick dip. it's a mere 5min to the good quality restaurants and cafes of brighton-le-sands, or 10min in the opposite direction back to suburbs Marrickville for a pork roll or Newtown for Thai and barlife. Arncliffe does however have some of the best lebanese around, and grocery shopping at nearby Rockdale plaza (Coles, Big W, Aldi, 5min drive), Tempe Woolies (5min) or Arncliffe IGA are more than sufficient. At the bottom of our street is a post office, hairdresser, convenience store, chemist, fish and chips takeaway and pizerria.
How to get there
Direct train from Central Station takes 17 minutes. Uber ride from the airport is under $20
