Excellent Apartment and location for a perfect holiday.
We stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed are stay. The apartment is modern, well equipped with everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfy and was quiet for sleeping. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. There is no need for car hire as the buses go everywhere including the airport. The host Alexis was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely book again when visiting Gran Canaries.

Lovely little apartment in great location
The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, bus stop right next door and quiet location but within walking distance to the busier spots. Right on the beach but lots of steps to get down to it. Couldn’t fault this apartment in any way,

Litet lugnt och fint lägenhetshotell,l ämpligt för långtidsboende, med en nyrenoverad ljus och modern lägenhet.
Nära till stranden, restauranger och busstation. Den berömda strandpromenaden passerar ett kvarter bort.
Lägenheten är nyrenoverad med alla bekvämligheter och en stor balkong med sol från tidig morgon till sen eftermiddag.
Den fina poolen ligger direkt under balkongen, skyddad från insyn och hårda vindar.
Lägenhetsinnehavaren är mycket trevlig, tjänstvillig och erbjuder även transport till och från flyget.

Hope to Return
Made such a good choice with this apartment, not only because is was so immaculate, well appointed and quiet and private, but because it was ideally situated for the endless beaches, shops and buses -- all just two minutes away. Lovely pools and garden, long walks on promenade in either direction, and buses everywhere. Lovely to be met at airport when it would have been harder to find the apartment at night, but also very easy to get the bus back to the airport on return. I would definitely return. Hope my five star review doesn't mean that it will be booked out next year!

Perfect Apartment
The apartment is perfect for two. Ultra modern, sleek and spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful extras included like a hairdryer, iron etc, spare towels to use at beach or pool, bin liners, cleaning materials and a welcome pack of water, biscuits and crisps.
In an ideal location, close to transport options and just a couple of hundred metres from steps to beautiful long sandy beach. Also very conveniently situated for local restaurants, bars, free evening entertainment, shops and supermarkets.
Pick up and drop off from and to airport was also kindly provided at a very reasonable cost.
No complaints at all and would definitely go again and recommend.

The area is very quiet and the beach is just seconds away. There is small shopping centre near by with restaurants and shops. The apartment is just by the promenade of Playa del Ingles, so you can enjoy beautiful long walks and sunsets.
