Our two couples enjoyed our 3 night stay while in the Charlottesville. The accommodations were just what we needed to use as a home base while we toured wineries in the area. The location was very good for our group. We were close to restaurants and historic Presidents homes that made this a good find. I would recommend with one caveat. There is a floor bedroom and upper bedroom, so if you have climbing issues stay on the first floor. I would definitely return again as we didn’t have any second floor problems and enjoyed the spacious backyard.
Charlottesville or Cville as it is called has many wineries, restaurants, historic places to visit and the beautiful mountains to enjoy. I am very happy we found this rental and so will you if you decide to visit the area.

We had a family of 4 stay for the weekend. House was clean and nicely decorated, beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed to have everything you might need. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Location was convenient, close to downtown Charlottesville (short drive). If we are back in the area we will definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. As the "parents of the bride" this house was perfect for our piece of mind plus accommodating drop in guests in preparation for our daughters big day. The location was centrally located and we enjoyed our walks and runs on the Rivianna Trail. Great house, Great location.

Overall the property was wonderful and true to the pictures on the site. It was very clean, well decorated and cozy. The outside property was well maintained and the host was lovely to work with.
Downtown Charlottesville was easily accessible and the neighborhood felt safe. The only draw back was the lack of up-keep of many neighboring properties. However, it should not be a deterrent to booking the property. We would certainly return again if we are ever back in the area!

Could be a nice place to stay but … honestly not clean. Mold in bathrooms that was both visible and apparent by smell. While bedding and towels were clean upholstered furniture was filthy - dirt/hair in cushions as well as clothing items stuffed in between. Floors were clean but cobwebs and dirt in corners and in cabinets where eating/drinking utensils were. Appliances in kitchen were clean and functional. With mold chose not to bathe child. With furniture chose not to let child up there. Since we were there for a wedding we really didn’t have to be there much (sleep & breakfast) so we managed. But given price, cleaning fee, and the fact that we had to strip beds and run dishwasher whoever is cleaning could take some time to actually clean. Maybe it’s just right for college kids but not for a family for sure.
