The large house (over 100m2 build) over 2 floors is built on the residential complex ' Las Dunas' It is furnished to a very high standard, It has all the luxuries which you would expect to make it a 'home from home' experience.
The complex has 2 Large swimming pools, which are maintained to a very high standard.
It is situated very close to the new Baku waterpark and all the new facilities of Corralejo. It is within short walking distance of the numerous bars and restauants within Corralejo which are of a very good standard. Now has Broadband /WIFI added for yoiur web enabled devices.

Stayed for 8 nights. From booking through to departure excellent communication with the owner. The duplex was like a home from home everything you need and more. Even though the property is in a residential area it was peaceful and welcoming, with two pools, child and adult. Around 5 mins walk to nearest shopping centre. 15 - 20 mins to...

Lovely clean property was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, great amenities, wifi and android tv box with great selection of channels. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Located within easy walking distance of everything. Gary(the owner) was very welcoming and easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful break , this 3 bed-roomed apartment suited us fine, In quiet area with a few shops just over the road and Supermarkets in walking distance.Taxi rank near by for those not able to walk to the Harbour/ beach which was about 30 minutes down the high street .The apartment had all good facilities including a large WiFi...

Longer term rental rates by agreement

In the peak months were prefer a changeover day of wednesday, but again this will be open to negotiation especially as the lo cost airlines may use other days.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week secures the booking, final payment 12 weeks before vacation.
Preliminary bookings will be held 3 days in order to sort flights.

We also ask for a security (damage) deposit of £200 per booking, this is fully refundable after the holiday, providing all is okay, i.e no damages.

About the neighbourhood
Situated on the northern tip of the island, Corralejo is the biggest and busiest resort on Fuerteventura. Once a working fishing town, it has become one of the most popular destinations in the Canaries. With fantastic year round sunshine and perfect windsurfing conditions, People come from afar to view the rolling sand dunes and magnificent beaches. Whilst in the town centre there are great shops and restaurants and things to for all the family to do, there is a lovely Harbour with frequent trips to lanzarote (20 mins by ferry) and the lovely deserted Island of Los Lobos.
There is something to do for all of the family whether it is windsurfing or other ocean sports or wandering around the local market.

Airport: El Mattoral (Puerto Rosario): 40.0 km
Ferry: Corralejo: 3.0 km
- Fly to Fuerteventura direct from all airports within the UK.
- Main flight day from the UK is Wednesday, some flights on Saturday
-Useful Websites Flythomascook. Firstchoice and cheapestflights ryanair & easyjet. We are flexible on changeover day.
- Car hire is not necessary but does give flexibility to see other resorts for around £100 per week (if pre-booked over the internet)
-Local taxi from the airport is 40 Euros each way
-Taxis within the resort are inexpensive
-Can fly into Lanzarote, it costs £20 return on the ferry, it is only 20 minutes journey time, though your flight must arrive by 4.00 pm. The last ferry is around 6.00 pm
