    A very spacious first floor flat overlooking quiet attractive gardens with ample free parking.
    Less than 4 minutes walk to the station (3 at a brisk pace) and the beginning of shops which include a Tesco Super store.

    The flat was originally built as a 3 bedroom but the third bedroom has been knocked into the lounge to give a dining area.
    An additional bed can be put here if requested.

    I am letting out my home in its entirety. There should be everything you need and I will be happy to assist with any reasonable requests.

    If I am not away on holiday; I will be within 3 miles of the property and there will always be a member of my family to help.

    There are plenty of walks, and golf courses nearby.
    I have bicycles and golf clubs to loan if requested.

    It was perfectly excellent! Really lovely apartment and a very gracious host

    My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was perfect , close to shops , buses and easily accessible. Wish we'd had it for longer. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Jon was very gracious and helpful. We felt so at home .

    Elstree is a very safe area with local shops, parks, cinema, swimming pool and gymnasiums ALL within a ten minute walk.
    There is a shopping Park and High Street with numerous shops and every type of restaurant all within ten minutes walk of the flat. There is a street market every Tuesday and Saturday.
    For the children; there is soft play and the UK's first mega jump trampolining centre in the vicinity.
    The world famous Elstree Studios is at the end of the High Street and Harry Potter fans can take a 20 minute car (or broom ride) to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour.
