We enjoyed our place as it was furnished with everything we could possibly need and then some. The owner was very accommodating and even let us harvest his home-grown pineapples! I cannot think of anything negative...

About the neighbourhood
You can’t beat this home’s phenomenal location! Hidden in a native Hawaiian rainforest among many “Hapu,” or Hawaiian tree ferns, this property is the ideal spot to relax and admire the island's fascinating wildlife. You’ll be impressed by this rural home’s close proximity to Volcanoes National Park, situated only 5 or so minutes away. Home of Kilauea Volcano and boasting 333,000 acres of astonishing Hawaiian landscape, you can hike through the rainforest and witness the natural diversity that makes this park a World Biosphere site! Hawaii’s remote beaches are unlike anywhere else in the world, lined ...
How to get there
We are easy to find. After exiting the Hilo Airport, just follow the Hawaiian Belt Road, #30 towards the mountains. Pass shopping center with Walmart, etc and continue out of town. Pass through the villages of Keaau, Curtis Town, and Mountian View. About 25 miles from the Airport you will come to Volcano Village. Look for Pearl and turn left. Turn left again on First Street. Ours is the third house on the right. [The only house with a chain Link fence. There is a Ekomomai sign on the garage. That's us. I will give you the code for the electric gate after you book.
