A Corian countertop and panel-style windows are the only things separating the designated chef from the same experience from within Hanalei Vista. The modern kitchen - surrounded with a breakfast bar - is well-equipped with a gas range and all the necessary amenities. For evenings that beg for grilling, a gas barbeque is situated on the lanai outside the kitchen, conveniently accessible thru sliding glass doors within the kitchen/dining areas. The large master bedroom has a king bed and is accompanied by its own fully tiled bath. The second and third bedrooms - 1 queen, 1 double - share an adjacent fully tiled bath. A high-set loft at the rear of the living area provides extra space (and two twin beds) for last minute guests. Hanalei Vista is conveniently located to the North Shore's many attractions and features. With a quick 3 to 15 minute drive, you can be golfing in Princeville, shopping in Hanalei town, or swimming at Ke'e Beach - which is the 'end of the road' on the North Shore. The Princeville Shopping Center (which includes a large Foodland grocery store) is located less than a mile up the road and extremely convenient for any 'last minute' necessities. Once guests have made a commitment to a set of dates, I 'hold' those dates for them for 4 days to give them time to finalize other aspects of their travel plans and forward about 1/2 of the booking to me. Upon receipt of funds, I forward via USPS a statement/receipt. I require the balance 45 days prior to arrival. Once all funds are received, I send with the receipt, a map to the house and an information sheet detailing what they need to know for a smooth use of the house ( entry code, wifi code, trash disposal etc). Anywhere along the way I am happy to serve as a reference about the house, the northshore or the island of Kaua'i more broadly. Aloha nui, Jane

Lots of space

Home was very roomy. Appreciated the deck. Lots of space in the living room to sit. Having 2 full bathrooms was great since we had 6 adults. Kitchen had all the needed items, including a dishwasher. It was nice to have a washer and dryer...More

Great location

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! It is located right by Princeville, which has a nice grocery store, coffee shops, and other restaurants with outside seating. It is also very close to the Napali Coast for fantastic hiking and close to Kapaa,...More

About the neighbourhood
On the bluff overlooking Hanalei Bay with extraordinary views of the Bay and beyond to the Na'Pali. The property abuts Hawaiian Conservation Land (never to be built on) on the view side of the house, so when enjoying the views you see only treetops; no rooftops in the foreground. The house is one house removed from the road so there is some road noise. Most guests feel the views far outweigh that issue
