You won't need to use your car during your stay, though, because you are close enough to walk to just about anywhere you would want to go downtown. An internal access hallway buffers the majority of highway noise from I-240 to the North from entering the space. The living room is on the North side adjacent to this hallway, and the bedroom faces the city. The space is cleaned with environmentally-friendly products and no harsh chemicals are used. A portion of proceeds from this listing goes towards foster care organizations. The condo has bamboo wood floors throughout and a tile bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size Tuft & Needle bed and a 48' TV with a Roku. There is no cable, but you can sign into your personal Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu accounts if you would like. You can also use it to sign in to any channel-specific apps using your personal cable login if you have one. The bathroom has a shower with double shower heads and a separate garden tub. The I-240 highway is buffered by an interior hallway for access to the condo. The living room is on that side of the condo. The bedroom faces the city. You will likely hear city noise more than highway noise since you sleep on that side of the building... music, people, cars, etc. If you like to have the windows open, you will hear noise. We provide an air purifier to muffle the noise in the bedroom, but if you don’t like white noise or are super sensitive to noise, you probably will not want to stay downtown. We provide a very small, simple coffee maker. It is nothing fancy and will hopefully encourage you to try one of the many great local coffee shops within walking distance! 2 people (of any age) maximum are allowed inside the unit. This is not a place for a party. No smoking or pets allowed. Limit hallway access to the East side of floors 1 and 3 (for coming and going). Guests may not explore other parts of the building. Park one car in designated space provided in house manual. If a car is parked elsewhere on property, it will be towed at the owner's expense.

Guests have complete access to the entire 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit for themselves and up to 1 other guest. You have the place to yourselves. Feel free to contact me if there are any issues with your stay. I am also available by text if you have questions or would like recommendations on things to do, places to go, restaurants to eat at, etc. I love sharing my favorites about this great city!

The location is good, short walk to downtown and all the restaurants. The problem came from the skull rattling rumbles with klaxons and turbine sounds coming from the roof just overhead. Even with the best earplugs we couldn’t sleep. We could deal with the various issues with the place, but that level of noise all the time ruined the experience.

This is like staying in a luxury suite in a boutique hotel. Everything (i.e. bars, restaurants, theatre) was within walking distance. We extended our stay we liked it so much.
