Our house is situated just on top of the cliff overlooking Blacks Beach, thus giving us huge ocean views, from our living room and backyard there are peaceful hang gliders seen daily gliding back and forth along the cliffs (quite a site to see….). When you walk in, what strikes you most are the huge “Avant Guard” windows which shape the whole back side of the house, something you could easily see in an architectural magazine. We have a one of a kind “key” for your use that opens a private gate and road, that leads to your own private beach. Our home, is on a Cliff-side, and you can also just hike down (about 800 meters) to get to the actual sea level beaches. The two ways to get down to the beach, walk down our street, or Ho Chi Minh Trail Our house is not for events or parties, as the neighborhood is quiet and full of wealthy people whose privacy and noise limits must be respected. Our house is meant for any large group that can enjoy and entertain respectfully. The living room is huge and made up of two separate areas, the back side near the ocean windows is made up of an oversized sectional couch with a beautiful assortment of decorative down pillows. This room has high ceilings and a large skylight. Some of the windows seamlessly open up as doors and you can walk to the patio. The large ocean windows described above stretch from the living room down the whole side of the house on the lower floor. Out out of the total of 8 bedrooms, there are two master bedrooms which stand out the most. One of the most captivating master bedrooms (because of the views) is the upstairs master. This is the only upstairs room in the house so the views are even more clear and panoramic. Walking into this room is awe inspiring. Because of the perspective from our cliff, the ocean appears to kiss the skyline creating a very wide view of the ocean which can seems to envelope you panoramically from side to side. This whole room is made up of doors (which all have shades for morning) which open up creating the ultimate tranquil sunsets. This room also has a magnificent fabric King modern cream colored sleigh bed with hotel bedding, a sofa bed seating area, and a huge luxury bathroom, with two walk in closets and everything you need. The second master bedroom #3, also described in the bedrooms section below. Bedroom #3, also has a luxurious King bed, fireplace, and hotel collection linens bedding. Bedroom #3 has a second room attached which can be used as the “Movie Room” or a bedroom #4. This second master bedroom, has the most luxurious “Jacuzzi Spa Room” which is an impressive Spa + Full Bath room, with high ceilings, church windows, Jacuzzi spa and relaxation center, large shower, and double sink area. About the neighbourhood
Brianne And Dave’s home is located in San Diego, California, United States. There are several different shopping/food areas in the city of La Jolla/San Diego, which our home is located. We are very near two of the four (about a mile away) which are La Jolla Village and La Jolla Shores. Then the other two areas are called Bird Rock, and La Jolla Cove. Restaurants are all spread around all around La Jolla, and the best spots are along the beach on La Jolla Shores, and La Jolla Cove (see list below) “La Jolla Village” only about 1.2 miles from our house that is full of department stores, food stores restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.
