Loved the stay 100%. Kenny is very helpful and quick to respond. Weather was absolutely perfect. Beds were very comfortable everything was clean and stocked. Could have use some kitchen garbage bags. But not a big deal. The beach was just a short walk away. Would for sure stay here again.

The property was OK, not great. The pros are: very comfortable beds, relatively easy access to the beach if you are just walking down, the beach area is great, location is very good, decor is pretty good. The beach items they have available are fantastic and seemed new. I liked that the door code changed with every visitor. My kids enjoyed exploring the grounds at night with all the lit areas and water. It has a box fan!
Cons: this unit needs a major deep cleaning and some touch ups. And by cleaning I mean everything from base boards to the washing machine/dryer. The check in/information says, “TREAT IT LIKE IT’S YOUR HOUSE,” to which I told my husband, “If that were the case, I would never see the beach because I would be in here cleaning!” Admittedly, I am kind of a clean freak, but do lend grace. The gray on gray on gray only adds to the feeling of ding unfortunately, I know it is a popular color scheme, but there are downsides to it as well. There were no trash bags, the toilet paper was see through, and we found dirty dishes, and I was one stop away from buying a new shower curtain liner. The stairwell could use a really good cleaning as well. The windows have blinds, but could use some curtains as well. We got there right after daylight savings and the room was as bright at noon day at 6am in the morning. It was kinda brutal, especially on vacation.
Overall, the property has some great potential, there just needs to be some upgrades by the owner to get it there.

Some maintenance areas need attention. Loose tile in small bathroom. Non functional hood lights. Toilet in master bathroom is rocking on floor. Entry hallway is dirty, dirty carpet, abandoned cardboard box, miscellaneous faded beach chairs and floats.
Kitchen table is too flimsy to eat at, if you bump it sitting down the lamp wants to fall off.

Owner was easily accessible. Condo was well stocked with items needed. We really like the Villas on the Gulf complex. This is not the condo owner's fault, but the association needs to work on a drainage solution for the parking lots when the lagoon overflows.

The property was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for 3 adults and 3 children. It is the perfect location just a short walk to the beach. It is just a shirt drive to the restaurants, shops pier and multitude of different beaches.
