We enjoyed our stay at the Portofino Island Resort. The positives include the beautiful main pool and pool next to each tower, the lighted tennis courts, fitness center, and access to the beach. The staff were very friendly throughout the resort. The unit itself was nice and relatively clean, but had a few minor issues that included a microwave that was not working. The owner and property management, however, were very quick to get the issue resolved and brought up a working microwave. The shower in the master does leak water from under the shower door, which has likely been an ongoing issue as there is water damage noted in the bathroom baseboards. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from the unit above us and the noise from the construction was early and heard from this unit as we were facing the construction. The unit was also minimally stocked, but did have the basics - pots/pans, dishes. Overall the stay was good and our family had a nice time.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Could see both the resort’s main pool, the gulf and bay all at the same time. The position of the condo allowed for a shaded balcony during breakfast and lunch.

This trip was pleasant from start to finish. The maintenance guy was kind enough to drive us in the golf cart to check in. Kia at check in was fabulous she was so kind and welcoming. The housekeepers were so welcoming. We had a wonderful time. So clean and pretty! Can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved the view of this condo. It feels like you are in the middle of the sea from the main room. It was also very convenient to all of the amenities. The condo was great and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We are trying to book it again next year.
