Exactly as described
This condo is so lovely. The pictures and description are all accurate, and may not completely do the property justice. Sherri is extremely responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Beyond expectations!!!
This vacation destination was amazing! I cannot begin to list all of the positives but will give you the top 5 in hopes that it helps you make a decision.
1. CLEAN, clean, CLEAN: As a mom that appreciates cleanliness and attention to detail I was happily surprised to walk in and feel like this home was well taken care of. The kitchen/bathrooms/living/dining rooms were all spotless, TRULY!!! The bedding was clean and so were the towels
2. Right on the beach as advertised. This was so convenient and appreciated!!! We set up our umbrellas/chairs (both included but bring your own if you want a larger shade area for a group) in the morning and took them down at night when we knew we were not returning that day.
3. Location: located in a less "busy" part of Pensacola Beach but not too far. All areas of interest in easy driving distance or even strolling distance if you don't mind a little distance
4. Washer/dryer as well as appliances included: all well maintained and CLEAN!!!
5. Owners: Sherrie was great to work with. She answered questions in a timely manner before our trip and while we were on our trip. I appreciate the honesty in the listing and also her hospitality, it truly felt like a home away from home!!!

Beautiful condo with perfect beach view
The condo was beautiful just as pictured! Being right on the beach was so convenient & had the best view. Sherri communicated very quickly back with any questions I had. The condo was also stocked with everything you need & more. We will definitely be back!

Amazing view!!
Beautiful place right on the beach; away from the crowds but a quick 5 minute drive to some of the best seafood!!! Such friendly hosts; answered every question quickly and with kindness:). We will be back!!! We couldn’t keep our 10 year old daughter off the boogie board they provided. Such a great laid back family vacation:). Pensacola was the best laid back beach vaca!!!

Absolutely Perfect!
This is by far the best vacation rental experience we've had! This condo has everything you could ask for and more. It has a well stocked coffee/tea bar,beach towels,every plate and dish you could need as well as spices and other cooking basics. It is right on the beach so the view out the slider and master bedroom is amazing. The hosts Sherri and Don were very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo and will be rebooking for next years trip!
