This is a great place for family to gather. The 2 en-suite rooms are large with tables in both sides of the bed and large, updated bathrooms. The other 2 rooms are nice size with big closets for storage. The living room is large and there is plenty of seating in the kitchen.
If you plan to cook, this property lacks space for food storage and the kitchen is modestly stocked with pans.
Although we didn’t use it, the pool is a great feature with plenty of outside seating. The ping pong table is also a plus for families.
My only complaints are the lack of seating in the living room for the number of bedrooms (assuming 2 people per room) and an awkward (but prettty) kitchen.
It is conveniently located between Pensacola and the outer island. Getting to either is quite easy.
Host was very responsive during our stay.

We really enjoyed the property. It felt clean and new. The only complaint I have is the coffee pot had coffee grains in the water reservoir so it was not usable to us and the towels smelled of mildew which was an easy fix for us since they had a washer and dryer that had a sanitizing setting.
Overall, we loved this location, the amount of space and restrooms they had and the host was easy to contact.

We stayed for 5 nights during Thanksgiving week and hosted a family dinner for 20 with the advanced permission from the host. It was big and spacious and accommodated our family well. The microwave broke and the host was extremely prompt with contact and a replacement. Would stay again.

All good for our stay! I was excited to find a property that allowed our 95 lb dog. The home was clean and the pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. The enclosed patio area was nice to take a break from the sun, while still being near the pool. Location was convenient to either go into the downtown area or the beach. Plenty of rooms and bathroom space. I felt there was limited cooking gear, but enough variety to get us through our stay. If you are bringing a dog, there was little to no grass space in the back yard, but did have grass in the front. Also, there is a toll going to the beach. It scans your license- I don’t remember the fee - haven’t gotten the bill in yet either. Sarah was quick to respond to the few questions we had and we would definitely stay here again!!

The inside was nicely decorated, and the bathrooms have beautiful tile showers, with the best water pressure. Very convenient to the Beach and Festival Grounds at Pensacola Maritime Park. If you are not a dog person, this is not the place for you. Dog hair all over, even after I called and they re-cleaned. Dog hair in the towels and on all of the bedding. The outside could use some work around the pool and in the playroom. Overall we had a good time.

The property is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with everything you need a short distance away. The home is clean with a big open kitchen/dining/family space and the private pool was great fun. Sara is very responsive to any questions or needs that may arise - would certainly stay here again.
