The worst stay ever. The property offered swimming pool, which was not in place when we checked in. Ill maintained rooms and the staff here doesn’t know how to treat customers. They mis-treated us, manhandled us and said they have contacts in local police to trap us, if incase we did not pay them Rs. 5000 during check out
for providing a swimming pool 2kms away from the property.
P.S: If at all you want to be duped, and thrashed by local goons, go for this property.
We are lucky to be back alive from that place.

Pool charges 100 per person, pool distance,
Pool outside villa already maintion on website .
Booking confirmation mail clearly maintion occupancy for 12 people's & if extra will cost rupees 600 per person.
Instead of that your group of 25 people's forcefully entered in my property & done argument with staff.
extra money were ask for extra person only.
Firstly your group denied for extraa person check in- in my villa & later assured about there immediately check out .still your whole group stay at my villa & few of them Checkout morning 7.30 am 5 person, 8,20 am 3 person simultaneously .
Your Group cheated us. Misbehave
With my staff. My manager had to rush for Lonavala early in the morning. Just because of you peoples nusense.
Because of your loud celebration out side villa premises upto 3.30 am we have to answer local police .
As a host we resolve it .
Pool was under renuation.... clearly told to Mr Arun Ravi before arrival .
New suggested pool is just 2 mint from Villa... it was u guys demand for the big pool witch was 1. km from villa.
Your Group not paid total extra person charges, swimming charges & food cost .
Mr - Ranju Ramchandran my villa is highly mainten and hygiene so bathrooms were not clean some kind of joke ....!!!

Before arrival so stop pretending that your group was totally unaware.....!!!
Mr.FASIL & Mr Arjun we don't want our publicity from the people like you ... !!!
We are running this business on fair promises.last 9 months, more than 100 bookings 5 ***** ratings & after your Group stay just in 24 hr eleven rewiew of one * rating ........ such a cheap mentality.
P.S.- Mr Arun & Group stop fooling people by wrong ratings & comments just to support Your Group members.
My property don't need recommendation from the fake & liar peoples like you boss....!!!
People are more smart. They have better selection choices .
Next time pls find someone else to make fool....!!!
As a Host me & my team always served best for visited guest & will always be in future will be....
