Interaction with guests: Kindly note: There are steps to climb to access the living room, the bedrooms and bathrooms which are located on the upper floors. Make most of the swing area on the stilt floor to sit and relax with evening tea. The patio area can be used to create a bonfire. If there are elderly persons travelling with you, or anyone with difficulty climbing stairs, kindly make a booking after checking with them.
It’s a beautiful place home away from home loved it very neat and clean definitely a must place to go

Very Relaxing Getaway
Relaxing environment, easily accessible best place to rejuvenate from city life. Very hygenic and well maintained. The staff is extremely corteous and obedient. Value for money too.Kudos to owner Fahad Hakim.

Fabulous vacation home!
Awesome place.! Clean rooms and bathrooms. The patio and sitting area with swings was such a hit. Especially during the nice pleasant winters ( look forward to coming back during the monsoon season ( heard it is lush green and beautiful all around). Located bang opposite a hillside (as described) so my kids, cousins and I took a quick trek up the hills and it was so worth it... we all enjoyed the trek and the dip in the lake nearby, spent a long time in the waters- and there was a tea seller who made this amazing tea with snacks and corn keeping us warm and full. Clicked some picture perfect moments. look forward to coming back on a long weekend.

A truly wonderful experience. Especially in the winters!! It would be so amazing in the monsoons. Located bang opposite the mountain side .. enjoyed the trek and the dip in the lake.!! Looking forward to another stay there soon!! Totally 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful location, excellent house nice rooms, homely environment, lovely place to make memories...I strongly suggest renting this apartment for a home away from home experience in Lonavla...
P.S.THE CARETAKERS MAKE EXCELLENT FOOD...

About the neighbourhood
The property has mountain and garden views. The villa is across the road to the hill on top of which is the Tungarli lake. Enjoy a dip in the tranquil lake waters after a 15-minute quick trek up the hill. A good hike up the hill leads you to the Tungarli lake. You can even drive up there but I recommend the path less travelled (its less than a kilometre to the dam). Its a great spot for some time-off watching the sunset from the peak, or a swim with friends in the lake. Enjoy a good round of corn bhajiyas, pakodas and warm cuppa chai by the dam.
Getting around
15 mins from the Lonavala train station from where you can catch an auto-rickshaw... 5 mins from the main Lonavala market and highway.. close to the Lonavala Police Station.. accessible in every way and location is ideal -- beats the traffic!
