Beautiful 1930's Craftsman Home. All Hardwood Oak floors! 2100 sq. feet. It is a Large 3 bedroom on an acre with a country view. Good nieghborhood. A great get away or working stay. Washer and dryer available. The house has been remodeled and is nice for 1 person or larger groups. The house is also available for events!

The house rules are simple. Enjoy the house. There is a 1 Acre yard in a good neighborhood. Quiet location. Wooded area. Shopping, BBQ, Restaurants and Chiefs and Royals sports stadiums are nearby.

We love older houses. And this place has definitely been around a while. But Brian has obviously done lots of work to preserve its beauty.
He was great to work with and communicated with us well!
We needed a spot close enough to the stadium but not a hotel. We have busy lives and needed a peaceful nights rest after an evening out.
Definitely recommend this cute little house!

Nice house close to our event.
My family booked this house because of it's location close to our daughter's track event. Communication with the host was great. The house has so much potential.
This house was just what we needed for our time in Independence.
