Prime location

Lovely modern spacious apartment, very clean and well maintained. Gorgeous views from the roof terrace, perfect location close to beach and the town.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is in a popular community which is only 500m from a sandy beach which stretches for 8 km along the coast. It is only 1 km from the town centre. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby.. Denia is an UNESCO Centre of Creative Gastronomy and has a large number of excellent restaurants and cafés. There are numerous tapas bars scattered throughout the town centre. The Valencian region is the home of the paella and the dish does not disappoint. Explore the lovely coastal towns north and south of Denia or enjoy the spectacular scenery of the mountainous hinterland. Valencia City is well worth a visit and there is an Express bus service or take the train from Xeraco.
Getting around
A rental car will give you the freedom to enjoy the coast and the spectacular mountains and valleys of the hinterland. There are bus services to Alicante and Valencia but they are not frequent.
