This modern immaculately maintained complex is just a 5 minute walk to the hub of the port area of Javea, La Grava beach front and the marina, with its tasteful restaurants, bars and shops. There are also bars and restaurants in the immediate locality. Floridamar has been tastefully designed with wide walkways, a large communal pool with a separate childrens pool, as well as a jacuzzi, all bordered by a sizeable green lawn surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees, providing shade and a relaxing ambience. As soon as you enter the apartment a sensation of space is apparent. The hallway, the length of the apartment, leads to a spacious kitchen and utility room, three roomy air-conditioned bedrooms - one en suite, a large lounge with dining area and covered terrace. Excellent.

All facilities top draw. Location brilliant. Would recommend accomodation to friends and family. Reasonably priced for great value.

Lovely location. Great pool. Quite spot. Unfortunately we had problems with the WiFi but Matt did his best to sort it out.

Well kept apartment, good location

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located approximately 1km (10 minute walk) from the main Arenal beach and 250 meters (5 minute walk) from Javea Port. All the shops and restaurants of Javea and anything you could need is within walking distance.
Getting around
A car is not a necessary requirement for this property as it is located less than 250 meters from Javea Port and 1km from the main sandy beach of Javea and various supermarkets. The terrain is mostly flat with large, well maintained pavements and roads to all the local amenities. Javea also operates a very good and well priced bus system and timetable for getting about locally and accessing the Port or Old Town of Javea. However, it may be convenient to have a car for trips further afield or to other towns along the Costa Blanca.
