Villa
The villa, 'Finca Inca', so-called because the Hostess is Peruvian, was built as two completely separate residences. Guests are free to join us for a drink & a chat or 'do their own thing' in which case Guests will neither see us nor hear us! There are hand-rails from the car parking level down to our level and also down to the Guest's part of 'Finca Inca''. Down by the pool is a storeroom with flotation items & games for use in the pool, which is 94 cm. deep at the shallow end making it safe for small children WITH SUPERVISION by the parents. The pool is 8.7 x 3.7 m. & is normally a minimum of 25* C from1 April to 31 Oct.. It can be heated in the Winter to 24/5 * C except if it is very cold overnight. The balcony ( 'Naya', in Spanish) has both a dining table and seating to 'chill-out' and enjoy 'Al fresco' dining with the magnificient view. Wow what a view!

We loved the villa and the view exceeded all expectations. The pool was great and there was everything we could need. Hal and Ame were lovely hosts and couldn’t be more helpful or respectful of our privacy. Would strongly recommend.More

Just excellent as the 1st time !

About the neighbourhood
Finca Inca is located on Cabo San Antonio which is located on the North side of Javea and faces due South, overlooking the lively Bay of Javea. With our priviledged elevated position at the top of Cabo San Antonio, we enjoy the most superb views of all the activity down in the bay with it's marina, fishing vessels and leisure time sailing activities. We are located above the 'La Corona' housing estate. There are may activities available such as jet ski hire, a yacht with skipper, tennis, horse riding, kyaking & diving schools. A week of Fiestas culminates with a most spectaculat firework display on 8 th. September. There is an International Festival (free), with stands from many European, Sth. American and Asian countries vying for your attention in June. On the German stand, one may ...
Getting around
There are no trains to Javea but there are two bus options:- 1). Is the public bus service and there is also 'Beniconnect' , a private mini-bus service airport to Javea which has several drop-off points in the town. Alternatively, one can pay for a door-to-door service or a taxi which is €110 each way. If driving, we provide 'Route Instructions' and a map of where we are located in Javea. It may also be possible us to collect you at the airport and bring you straight here, thus removing the stress caused by driving in a foreign country on the wrong side of the road (if you are from the UK!), especially at night. Just one of the many extras offered when one stays at 'Finca Inca'.
