Nice apartment with lovely seaviews at good location, very close to the Arenal beach of Javea and all amenities. Very good price-quality! Apartment ¨El Luminoso¨is just a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach of Javea. It is a bright apartment whose living room has a large sliding door to the terrace from where you have a sea view. About the neighbourhood

On the promenade of the beach you will find shops, market stalls in the evening (summer) and restaurants where you can eat well for reasonable prices. The swinging chiringuitos (beach bars), supermarkets, places to go out, bakers: everything is within walking distance. A tennis/padel park with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool is located at the opposite side of the street. You can spend your holiday without a car, but if you want to come by car, there is a private parking under the apartment building available. There is also an open parking with an automatic gate.
