Please don't smoke inside the house, use barbecue zone. Please note we have experienced a lot of damage to properties and guests belongings from P20 once a day sun tan lotions, please refrain from using them.This lotion often causes staining to plastic furnishings (baths, toilet seats, chairs etc) and fabrics (sheets, towels, sun loungers, sofas, clothes).These pink and yellow stains may not appear until after washing and are impossible to remove resulting in items being damaged and ruined.

Although there are several restaurants and supermarkets whithin walking distance from the villa, it's necessary to have a car so you could easily get to any one of very nice small beaches not far from the villa, El Arenal beach or explore surroundings enjoying unforgettable views of the sea, coast and nearby Portixol island!
