Apartment Augusta is ideally located for those who don’t want to think about taking the car to get things done. It is right beside a lovely canal with little boats at just 200 meters from Jávea’s sandy beach and cosmopolitan boulevard 'el Arenal'. It has been reformed in 2012 to modern standards. It is a bright and cozy little apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! This studio apartment is located on the 4th floor and is to be reached by lift or stairs. It has 1 bedroom with A/C & en-suite bathroom, living room with open kitchen and bar with 2 seats, a balcony with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy breakfast or dinner in the open. There is a sunscreen if you like to have some shade. There is wifi included in the price. This apartment is the perfect holiday apartment for those who want to enjoy being at walking distance to all amenities and of course the beach! Ideally for couples, optionally with a baby/small child. There is hot and cold A/C installed since May 2018 in the bedroom. The apartment suits very weel for couples and even a small child. However, it is very important that the child is always under supervision. Behaved pets are allowed..but we charge a little extra for the cleaning and the dog is not allowed on the sofa or bed. In order to not disturb resident in the complex barking dogs cannot be accepted.

Christmas break

Very clean comfortable slept well good bed and we enjoyed our stay ideal for the Arenal beach area or catch a bus to the port The owner very pleasant and helpful! Ideal for two people and the apartment had all you needed Many Thanks

Perfect location

Lovely Apartment, great location close to the beach and Arenal

The apartment was perfect for our stay, fully equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants of the Arenal. Car parking on site was also very easy. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely Apartment. Great Location

Perfect location for a stay in Javea

Ideal accommodation for a couple. Clean, with all facilities and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Murielle was a very lovely person to deal with and made us feel totally welcome. We will definitely stay again.
