This modern decorated ground floor duplex, with bedrooms on the upper floor, is within easy walking distance from the Arenal sandy beach, with its lively promenade, variety of restaurants and water activities. It is also only a few minutes’ walk from the Cala Blanca cove, a popular rocky beach perfect for snorkelling and exploring the rocky coastline. Excellent apartment with everything you need to enjoy a great family holiday. Only a short 15 min stroll to the main resort/beach. Property was spotlessly clean. Air con in all 3 bedrooms was superb. Kitchen facilities again were excellent. Large refrigerator was a major plus.

All our properties are in Javea - we specialise in this area, we know it intimately, just as we know all our properties personally. Our Spanish villas with private pools nestle on the lower pine-clad hill slopes which surround the pretty bay, or are situated around the beautiful and rugged coastline of rocky bays, coves and cliffs and wherever situated the historic old town, the crescent shaped sandy Arenal beach and the working port and water front are never far away by car. Most of our Spanish apartments, Garden villas and townhouses with communal pools and gardens are an easy walk to the Arenal sandy family beach, with its lively boulevard with shops, bars and restaurants; others are on or near the seafront and harbour areas. Getting around
A car is not a necessary requirement for this property as it is located less than 800 meters from the main sandy beach of Jávea and various supermarkets. The terrain is mostly flat with large, well maintained pavements and roads to all the local amenities. Jávea also operates a very good and well priced bus system and timetable for getting about locally and accessing the Port or Old Town of Jávea. However, it may be convenient to have a car for trips further afield or to other towns along the Costa Blanca.
