**Everything supplied in kitchen, EMERGENCY SUPPLIES WHEN NEEDED, high chair when requested, pots, pans, bake ware,utensils,22 spices, BBQ TOOLS, wine corkscrew, pizza cutter, full fridge, ice trays, blender, microwave, toaster, can opener, ground coffee maker, filtered coffee packs, slow cooker, lots of BEACH TOYS,BIG trucks(wagon to tote them to beach)binoculars (ships, birds, DOLPHINS),hundreds of DVD MOVIES,ALL popular ROKU apps, pool noodles, boogie boards, T.P. for each day up to 7,1 paper towel, coffee, sugar, cream,2 beach chairs,2 chaises, gripper umbrella stand & umbrella broke (recommend you bring canopy) ,2 beach towels, beach mats, small drink cooler ice chest holds 8 drinks, Nice vacuum, all cleaning supplies, dish soap, liquid soap(diluted for foaming container),hotel supplies, library of novels, spare light bulbs,& more, just ask! Two 40' wall mounted TVs..
I expect guests to leave condo as they found it putting dirty linens in hamper. I then clean, sanitize it completely & wash linens(IN CLOSET)in hot water & laundry fresh smell.
**THIS IS RENTED AS IS.1- I will do my best to clean it (bleaching everything that can be bleached, vacuuming, dusting)but 2-if you need more cleaning(or are a neat freak),my cleaning supplies or ones you prefer & buy, will clean it better. Chances are I will miss some small cleaning & I apologize.3-I can charge you 150.00 & hire a professional to clean if you want.(I DO NOT CLEAN INSIDE CUPBOARDS OR DRAWERS. You should always clean items before use) I use foggers & defense spray(kept in closet)every month so I might miss the occasional dead bug in closet. Beaches & palm trees attract giant Texas size water bugs(keep doors closed)so there might be an occasional live one ready to die in my sprayed condo.
**SIX PERSONS MAXIMUM NO MATTER HOW SMALL! This only sleeps 4 adults & 2 children under age 18 maximum(bunk beds are for those under 5' 5' & ARE VERY NARROW:CHILDREN ONLY).5 OR 6 ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 NOT ALLOWED in one condo at VDS SUBJECT TO EVICTION by VDS. TEENAGERS UNDER 18 ARE CONSIDERED CHILDREN
**Close to everything. Biking & walking on beach boardwalk to restaurants, shops, & sites is highly recommended (parking for aquarium $5.00). Bikes can be kept in one of 2 bike racks(securely locked) on property or taken up elevator & stored crowded in hallway or balcony of condo,
**NO pets, but there is a pet resort will board animals in luxurious conditions.
**Visitors guide & guest book in condo.
**Mail box & key for long stays.
**FYI: 5 charcoal grills.
**Every time Make sure door is locked when you leave.

I do not allow parties but there is a party room that you can rent.. Smoking is allowed only on the picnic tables downstairs. We have had fires from people smoking on balcony.
I try to block off a day before and the day after to allow for the early check ins and late check outs. If somehow I mess up and forget, I will let you know. That has not happened in a few years.

**VERY IMPORTANT: Anything having to do with booking & the condo are handled by me.
My wife and I brought our 2 boys to visit Corpus and picked the perfect place to stay. The location of this one and the owner make it great. Ms Roxanna is super quick to respond to any needs or questions that might come up. The absolute best thing about this unit is the location. If you are going to stay at Villa del Sol stay here or another Bay Front unit. This unit is all beach and water view. You see no parking lot and cars. It is also on the third floor so you have no one above you. Roxanna is a great hostess and will help out any way she can. The check in process was easy and the front desk was friendly. We used both pools and they were great. Thank you for a great stay!

I am so glad to get such a good review. As I have said before, I try very hard to make sure that everyone has a great time. I also try to give you your space.
When you book far ahead, it seems like forever to get there but before you know it is here.
I cannot stress enough the unobstructed view that only a bay front affords and the privacy of top floor on the end which you mentioned both. I see reviews where guests are disappointed because the pictures lied or the condo was falsely represented. The complex itself is on the beach but only 45 are true bayfronts.
And if I didn't say it, I loved you guys. Perfect, perfect people. My only disappointment was that you couldn't stay another night to get the hooks free bobblehead promotion (lol).

The best view one could get! And it was worth it!
I booked this condo wanting to get as close to the gulf as possible. This was the best available and what a view! Sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in was relaxing and it was certainly validated my choice in this rental. The owner Roxana was very helpful and answered my questions quickly and as accurately as possible. The location is perfect to anything you want to do in the Corpus Cristi area. The use of beach mats, toys, chairs and bags is a nice touch, eliminating the need to purchase items one may use at the beach. The little extra touches Roxana puts into her unit is refreshing. It was perfect for the two of us. There were 2 bunk beds tucked in the hallway perfect for children if you need the room. The unit was comfortable and I would book it again if in the area.

Your review came at a perfect time. I just had a guest complaining that when someone was standing in the hall you cannot see the water. All I could say was: Really. So warning to all.... you can usually see the water from the front door unless a person is standing in the hall!!!!!!

Relaxing and perfect view and location at this condo.
Roxana is the perfect host at this condo. She makes sure your trip goes as comfortable and smooth as it can be. Her condo is the best view, front and corner. The privacy is wonderful, sitting on balcony in your pjs is great. We flew in and limited to a suitcase it was nice how much she had to share. Coffee, blow dryer,beach chairs, beach towels, toys, binoculars, soap, paper towels, cleaning products, etc. And the location is great, short drive to the islands and walking on the boardwalk to restaurants, aquarium, SS Lexington, gift shops. Within 24 hours she texted to make sure all was good and if we needed anything!!! She is truly someone that will go out of their way to make sure this is a perfect vacation, AND IT WAS!!! Thank you Roxana for sharing your condo with the perfect view.

Booking early as you did, it seemed like forever for your trip but before you know it, it came and went. I thank you for this review. How really, really sweet of you to write a review and to be so so sweet. I really do aim to please. After trip advisor releases my phone number to guests, I do expect to be texted with any and all questions and requests. Before that, I will answer all questions on trip advisor. I can't control the weather but you had such great weather last week. WOW. Its been a funny weather year for everyone. Thank you very very much again.

Beautiful views
The condo was cute and cozy. It was literally right on the beach. The view is uncompearable. We had a couple hiccups but Roxana was quick to respond. Roxana was wonderful,she went above and beyond with her help and recommendations. I would definitely stay again if we ever visit Corpus again.

The condo is right on the beach-with an amazing view!!! The condo is a little small but with all the things to do and see in Corpus Christi you hardly notice! Condo is kept clean and ready. Plus, it’s even stocked with plenty of sand toys!! And again, you can’t beat the view!

Getting guests to write reviews is difficult. For myself, I usually remember when things are really really bad but I now know how important reviews are so I need to be better.

Nice but crowded.
The view is awesome. Right on the water. Beach very clean. We actually rode our bikes to dinner. Room was nice but a bit crowded even for 2 people. Bedroom needed air freshener. Bring your own pillows. Everything you need is there. My wife and I plan to use again.

Thank you so much for the review. Biking or walking on the board walk is quite easy on Corpus Christi Beach to all the restaurants, souvenir shops and sites. And you can ride bikes on the Corpus Christi bay-front like I do close to my house. Yes, 480 square feet is small but beleive it or not the bayfronts are bigger than the bay views. I have cleaned the bedroom carpet temporarily but plan to deep clean it once the season is over.

Amazing Beach View Condo
The location is amazing - the beach is right at the doorstep! The condo is simple nothing fancy but a great place to stay at the beach. Could not ask for better views!

The Lexington is 0.8 miles away and charges $4.00 for parking. Parking at The aquarium is 1 mile away and parking is now free. Walking is easy and beautiful taking the beach boardwalk.
Good restaurants nearby with live music like Blackbeard (free dinner on your birthday) & Pier 99 (all you can eat fish basket).
6 souvenir shops also within walking distance including treasures who advertise 3 t-shirts for 10.00.
Hurricane alley water park nearby (2017 brochure in condo).

There is a bus stop in front of the complex that will take you into town.
Walking along the bay front in downtown Corpus Christi is enjoyable or rent zagster bikes, Surry bikes or jet skis there. First 2 hours of bikes are free followed by 3.00 per hour.
One day non resident fishing license in 2018 is 16.00. Charter fishing trips run 150.00 to 400.00. There are 2 fishing piers nearby. Fishing charters run from 150 to 400.00.
