BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I booked a trip thought FlipKey Oct 15, 2022 This was a birthday present for my pregnant wife and some much needed down time. How hard could it be to have some relaxing one on one time? I contacted the owner multiple times to ask for suggestions on places to eat. No owner never responded to any of my emails, The day of the trip I called the owner just to confirm everything was okay. Thank goodness I did- The owner basically texted back after I left a message stating that they overbooked the property though VRBO and could offer an additional day if I could move my travel arrangements to a later date. Maybe that works for some who are having a casual gathering, but not for special occasions. Thanks for complicating a special moment. I will never attempt with this crew again.

Such a wonderful and relaxing get away. So neat so clean so very very nice. We have absolutely enjoyed ourselves. The view, the hot tub, the sounds of nature the peaceful and calming atmosphere was simply amazing. Thank you so much for extending such a great stay. We will return and definitely plan to stay longer.

Great relaxing space and location for 4 adults. Was looking for some quiet time out of DC for a weekend and we were more than happy with our experience. Very clean, very cute, and even decorated for the holiday! Would absolutely go back.

We were unable to stay a Jessica's property due to cancellations of activities that were part of our planned trip. I'll say that the level of booking-flexibility and extra-communication from Jessica was way above and beyond what you might expect when booking with a 3rd party site like TA or AirBnB. While we are obviously disappointed to not be able to visit this beautiful looking property - I can tell you we will specifically look to rebook here when travel is better suited. Book this property with confidence that you are working with a dedicated and caring travel professional.

We stayed just one night on our way home, but would have loved to have stayed longer. The cabin has a beautiful wood interior and everything needed for a comfortable stay including a fire pit, grill, hot tub, and picnic table. The property sits directly on the south fork of the Shennandoah river and the views of the river and fields are gorgeous The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the river bank in the evening and watching the fish jump and finding crayfish under rocks. The water seems quite clean. Be sure to bring some firewood and be prepared to be off the grid- essentially no cell service here. Just what we needed!

Awesome cabin! Very clean with everything we needed for a nice getaway. Just a few mikes to Luray. Jessica was a great host, very responsive to our needs and even mailed a keepsake we bought that we left behind. Hot tub was great! The kids loved the river being right outside the front door. Fireplace was warm & inviting. We could’ve stayed all week! We will definitely return!

We had an amazing time. Lots of amenities. Would definitely go again. Own was very curious and had everything we needed there.

This is a beautiful cabin, in great condition and in a prime location. The view of the river and surrounding area is breathe-taking. The cabin came with plenty of amenities and was very cozy. A weekend here was just what our group needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such an amazing time! 😊 The place was beautiful and clean. Nested right on the river, with a nice fire pit and plenty of room for the kids to run around and play games outside.

Our weekend couldn’t have a been more perfect . The cabin is tucked away in the country side by the river, very relaxing view every morning. We enjoyed our time at camp fire and the jacuzzi hot tub. We would love to come back in the future
